Basil Cream Sauce

A super-simple no-cook cream sauce for salmon, other fish, grilled chicken or pork.

This delicious no-cook basil cream sauce couldn't be easier.  Just throw all the ingredients into a blender, pulse for a few seconds, and you're done!

Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.  The sauce will thicken in the fridge, but will melt when you put it on hot food.

 1 cup packed basil leaves.
 1 lemon, juiced.
 2 garlic cloves, chopped.
 ¾ tsp salt.
 ½ tsp pepper.
 ¼ cup olive oil.
 ½ cup heavy cream.
